Deliveries within the city of Burgas are carried out every day from 9:00 to 20:00 under the following conditions:

1. Delivery price within the city of Burgas

• Delivery to an address in the city center - free of charge.
• Delivery to an address in the residential area "Lazur", residential area "Zornitsa", residential area "Izgrev", residential area "Br. Miladinovi", residential area "P.R. Slaveykov", residential area "Vazrazhdane" - 7 euros
• Delivery to an address in the residential area "Meden Rudnik", residential area Sarafovo, residential area "Kraymorie" - 11 euros
• Delivery at an exact time within the city of Burgas - 5 euros
• For repeated delivery in case there is no one to receive the delivery at the specified address and at the specified time, an addition charge will be applied
• Deliveries outside of working hours is a subject of additional agreement.

2. Time range

During the order process, you can choose one of the following time ranges for deliveries:

• 9:00 – 12:00
• 12:00 – 16:00
• 16:00 – 20:00

3. Delivery date

During the order confirmation process, you can choose your desired delivery date. Raddyflowers.com is not responsible for incorrect or erroneously filled in data. Our couriers will do their best to deliver your order within the selected time range. However, deviations from the range are possible due to the absence of the recipient, repeated delivery, heavy traffic, etc. The selected time ranges for holidays such as February 14 and March 8 are indicative.

For certain occasions with a fixed time, such as weddings, funerals, etc., we can guarantee delivery at a specific time, but this is only after prior arrangement with our employee. Delivery at a specific time is not possible for February 14th and March 8th.

The fulfillment of an order placed with a delivery date coinciding with the order date /same day delivery/ may be declined by our team by phone call or email from our side, in the event of objective impossibility for the order to be executed.
